If you are caring for young children at home, you are welcome to visit us at Aktiv Åpen Barnehage. Aktiv is a great place to meet new friends for both kids and adults alike. We sing together at 10.30 am, and 12 noon, Monday, Thursday and Friday. Tuesday there is one music session at 12.am. It is not a concert, everyone participates in creating this magical moment together. The songs sung, and the volume is adjusted to fit the children visiting and will vary from day to day. Our main areas of focus are the importance of play for kids, the enjoyment of music and creativity, and building relationships. We encourage you to bring a lunch pack of your choise, coffee and tea can be bought everyday, waffels on friday, payment by Vipps or cash.

from 09.30 am to 1.30 pm.

Our staff are highly educated and experienced, speak English, Spanish and Italian in addition to Norwegian, and will be happy to welcome you. We take pride in our international, warm and tolerant atmosphere created by our staff and visitors. We wish for people of any gender, nationality, religion or sexual orientation to feel warmly welcomed. Hence no discrimination of any kind will be tolerated. If you are new in Trondheim, or Norway - Aktiv is a great place to start getting to know people, and our staff will help you the best they can with useful information about living in Trondheim.

Aktiv Åpen Barnehage welcomes you to visit and play, within the limits of our stated regulations. Upon your first  visit, you will be required to complete a regsitration form to confirm that these regulations have been read, understood and agreed upon. All use of our equipment and premises is free of charge and happens at your own risk. Hence Aktiv may not be held liable for any damages or loss that may occur, to person or property.
